Hey guys! Welcome back. I believe I have done a skin care and hair care routine post before. They may have been separate posts. But I thought I would do an updated one. Just a couple of quick things I want to mention before I get started. The first is this is absolutely in no way a sponsored post. I am not being paid to mention these brands and I purchase all of the products myself. The second thing is I have super dry skin and super dry hair. So most of the products I mention are going to deal with hydration or moisturizing. I don’t buy products for oily skin and hair because I don’t deal with that, so I wouldn’t be much help. The last thing I want to mention is that all of these products are affordable. They can all be found at Walmart (because that is where I purchase all of this stuff), but they can be found probably at any store. So if you are interested in what my hair care and skin care routines are, just keep reading!

Let’s start with hair care. For my hair I really love using Aussie products. I love the formula, the smell, the price, and the way my hair feels after using their products. I just have not found any brand for my hair that works as well as Aussie does. For shampoo and conditioner I use the Aussie Mega Moist shampoo and conditioner. At Walmart the small bottles are almost $4 and the large bottles (with a pump) are nearly $5. If I were going to recommend one I would start with the small one just to try. If you like it after that I would recommend buying the larger bottles. I also use the Aussie Three-Minute Miracle Moist deep conditioner. I like to use this when my hair isn’t feeling or looking it’s best. It is only $3 and you don’t need to use it every time you wash your hair (it will weigh your hair down if used too much or too often). But it is great to have on hand and you can’t go wrong with the price. It smells like coconuts and leaves my hair feeling AMAZING. I highly recommend it even if you don’t buy the shampoo and conditioner. I also use the Aussie Leave-In Conditioner. It comes in a spray bottle, so you just spray it into your hair. It’s not like cream leave-in conditioners that can leave your hair feeling greasy or wet.

Now on to skin care. For my skin I love using the Garnier skin line. There are so many great products perfect for all skin types. I will start with what I use to wash my face. I use the Garnier Gentle Sulfate-Free Face Cleanser. This cleanser is almost $10, but it is a huge bottle with a lot of product. A little bit goes a long way as well. It comes with a pump and is easy to use. I also use the Garnier Miscellar Water to take off my makeup. That stuff is amazing. It also cleans your face, but I like going in with the cleanser as well as much as possible because it soothes my skin and makes it feel refreshed and soft. For moisturizer I have three. At night there are two that I switch up between. The one I use most nights is the Garnier Hydrating 3-in-1 moisturizer. It’s made with Aloe juice. You can use it in the morning, night, or as a face mask. It is incredible. This is almost $10 as well, but you get quite a bit of product and a little bit goes a long way. I also use the Garnier Moisture Rescue for Dry Skin. It’s a gel moisturizer so it sinks into the skin and leaves it feeling hydrated and replenished. It is around $8 and worth every cent. I always switch up between the two. I never use them at the same time. For the day time i use the Garnier Moisture Rescue with SPF. I put it on under my makeup for moisture control that lasts nearly all day. I couldn’t find the price for this, but I think it’s around $6-$7 at Walmart. The prices of all of these products vary depending on what store you go to.

It is important to take care of you hair and skin especially in the Winter. If you have dry skin and/or hair like I do you probably understand the daily struggles I have. All of these products save me every single day and leave me feeling absolutely amazing.

That is my hair care and skin care routine. I hope you enjoyed this! Please like it if you did. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!

  1. I’m glad I’m not the only one that gets most of my products from drugstores 😂 I think so many of them work just as well and I save so much money!
