Hey guys! Welcome back. Finals week for me is next week! I actually also have a final this week… But anyway, I know I have done posts like this in the past, but I wanted to do an updated one for this semester. I hope this is helpful!

Don’t forget to sleep. If you constantly study and never sleep, all that studying will be a waste. You need rest so you can process what you are studying. So be sure to get enough sleep. Don’t depend on caffeine!

Start early. Start reviewing now. If you start now, you will cram less later. There are a lot of last minute things that have to be done, but I promise it’s all possible.

Take care of yourself. Have a self-care routine for finals week. Have something to do even if it’s just 20 minutes. Have something that can help destress you. Do your nails, do a face mask, take an extra long shower, go to the gym. Whatever works best for you.

Take breaks. Small 10-15 minute breaks are good. You can’t go nonstop and you aren’t expected to. Just make sure when the break is over you go back to your work.

Have a goal and a reward. Tell yourself “If I get this grade I will reward myself with this.” It is added motivation to do the best you can.

    I use these tips and they are so helpful! Finals really get some of us depressed and to avoid all that I listen to music on my study-breaks and socialize. I also meditate or exercise 🍃. Thanks for these tips 💕
