Hey guys! Welcome back. College is hard. It’s the point in your life where you have to make some hard and fast decisions. This part of life tests your decision making, your time management, and yes, your diligence. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find balance and peace. There are time when I sit back and wonder if I am making the right decisions, if I am following the right path. There are a lot of things I could be good at, but how do I know what the “true path” is. Sometimes that question makes me feel a bit lost.

Feeling lost isn’t the worst thing that could happen when you’re trying to figure out what you want to do with your life. In fact, it’s actually pretty normal. Most college students go through times where they feel lost and a bit confused. It’s difficult to get out of that clouded mindset. When I begin struggling with these doubts I often find myself wanting to find something else. It’s led down paths that I should have never walked. It’s made me lose my sense of direction. It’s made me feel like a failure for not knowing exactly what I want to do with my life.

It is not easy by any means, but it is a part of the process. That feeling of being lost can be cured by filling your mind with curiosity. Know that there is something out there that you were born to do. Know that you have a purpose. As for feeling like a failure, as long as you are actively trying to better yourself and your life you are no failure. It may take time, but the best things in life usually do. Give yourself some credit and keep going. Try new things and discover the person you were always meant to be.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let me know in the comments if you have ever felt lost so we know we aren’t alone. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
