Hey guys! Welcome back. I wanted to share with you a few things I want to do with the change of the season to help myself. I am calling it my “wellness to-do list” because these are things that are going to change my lifestyle and help me become a better version of myself. I hope that this inspires you to come up with your own wellness to-do list. Here are the things I am committing to trying.

Stretch every day. Stretching is important, but I often neglect to do it. I really want to get in the habit of starting while I still can. Even if it’s simple stretches when I get out of bed or right before I go to bed, I want to start stretching every day.

Walk more. I love walking outside when it is nice outside and with the weather changing I will hopefully be able to do that more. I really need to get back into the habit of walking and making it a part of my routine.

Drink more water. I do drink water, but I need to get into the habit of drinking more. I know that I do not drink nearly as much as I should, so I want to make it a more active part of my day so I don’t forget. If you have any tips, let me know.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let me know what is on your spring wellness to-do list. Let’s inspire one another this spring and get into some good habits. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!

Stretching is on my list too, I know I don’t stretch as much as I should! I’m hoping to end each night with a good ten minute stretch. For drinking water, you should either get a water tracking bottle like Blogilates or you should set a visual goal, like filling out boxes in your planner each time you finish a bottle 🙂 great post!
