Hey guys! Welcome back. Sundays are very important because not only is it a day or rest, it’s also a great time to spend a little time getting ready for the week ahead. So today I thought I would share with you the things I do every Sunday that help me a lot throughout the week. These things helps me get things in order so I have less to worry about during the week. Hopefully these are things you can implement in your life or will inspire you to come up with your own rituals. Regardless, I hope you find this useful and it helps you have a more productive Sunday.

1. Plan your outfits for the week. It’s a good time to check the weather and see what it’s looking like. It may change, but it’s always good to have your outfits planned. If you have to change an outfit later in the week that okay. This just saves you time in the morning when you would rather be sleeping. Planning what your outfits will be and getting them ready to go will help you so much.

2. Clean your home. Cleaning on Sunday is so relaxing for me. It allows me to spend some time tidying up. I always enjoy starting my week off with a clean space. It helps inspire me and motivate me. It’s also a lot easier to work if I’m not looking at clutter or a messy room. Cleaning helps me clear my mind and get ready for a new week. Refreshing my room gives my mind and body a refresher as well.

3. Spend time with friends and family. If you are able to spend time with the people in your life on Sundays, it is a great thing to do. Spending time with the people you care about is a great way to relax and unwind before the crazy week starts. We don’t always have the time during the week to spend quality time with the people in our lives, so making the time on Sundays is a really good thing to do.

4. Exercise. Whether it’s going to the gym or going for a walk, exercising on Sunday is a great way to get your body ready for the week. It helps you get motivated to work out more during the week and allows you to feel better about starting your week. Finding a form of exercise that you enjoy will help you because you will find time to do it and you will look forward to it on Sundays.

5. Plan the week ahead. Planning is super important and there is no better time to do it than on Sunday. You can just take an hour (or less) and plan out your week. Write out all the things you have to do, all the places you have to be, and all the other things that are important. And then schedule them all and set reminders. This will save significant time during the week.

    I could probably get all of these done if I didn’t do #3 but sometimes it’s my only day off to see people so the other stuff gets set to the side. Much better to prioritize family & friends! I would love to have the whole weekend off someday haha
