If you have routines for morning and night you will know exactly how your day will begin and end. This will help you feel a lot more put together and like you have things together, even if sometimes you don’t.
2. Make time for yourself regularly. Making time for yourself is important. If you are constantly on the go you will feel scattered and frazzled. So making time for yourself and taking breaks is a great way to feel like you have your life together. You will be able to relax and feel refreshed.
3. Take care of yourself. Make sure you are doing the basic things like eating, bathing, and showering. These things will help you feel like you have your life together because it shows that you are taking care of yourself. And that is the most important thing. Don’t neglect yourself for others.

Things don’t work out for a reason. So don’t be afraid to let your life be a mess sometimes. You can bring it together later.
