Hey guys! Welcome back. Sometimes it is hard to care for others when we can barely take care of ourselves. But still we do our best to give all that we can and do our very best. But at a certain point we reach a place where there is nothing left to give. It is draining to always be the one who is giving and helping, but it’s important to remember that you must also be giving to yourself. You must remember to take care of yourself in times of need.

When there is nothing left to give, always remember that you don’t always have to be brave. It’s okay to break down your walls. It’s okay to know that things are not perfect right now. It’s okay to let people know that you struggling. It doesn’t mean you are weak, it means you are human. And the most important thing is that you are doing what is best for you. When there is nothing left to give, refill your cup.

When there is nothing left to give, make sure you rest. Exhaustion doesn’t look good on anyone, so make sure you are sleeping and allowing yourself to take a break now and then. Life is too short to not spend time doing the things you love. Make yourself a priority and learn to make time for yourself. When there is nothing left to give, get some rest and feel better.

When there is nothing left to give, talk to someone. They will remind you of your purpose. They will show you what you mean to them. If you are struggling with staying motivated and being able to keep going, it is important to reach out and find people who can help. It is never shameful to ask for help, regardless of who you may be asking. Reach out to someone and tell them how you are feeling. When there is nothing left to give, talk it out.

Do the best you can, but don’t push yourself too hard. Everyone has a breaking point and it is crucial to know yours. Be kind to yourself and know your strengths and weaknesses. Know your limitations and when not to push it. Understand that you are humans and humans can break. Remember to care for yourself in whatever journey you are going down. Remember to look out for yourself no matter where life takes you. If you don’t, there will be nothing left to give.

When there is nothing left to give, you get too hard on yourself. Ease up and allow yourself to live. If you feel like you have nothing left to give, it might be because you are being to rough with yourself. Loosen up and allow yourself to just be free. You don’t have to be so hard on yourself all the time. When there is nothing left to give, just be you. Because that is all the world needs right now.

You are more than you see right now. You are more than you think. You might believe that you owe the world something, but you give it all it needs just be breathing and being alive. Don’t question your worth and try to validate your existence because who you are is plenty. The world will be impacted by you in your own way and that is more than enough. You have to try to keep finding things to give the world. When there is nothing left to give, just be still.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let me know in the comments what you would like to see in the future. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!

This is such an amazing post. I’s so inspirational, and I love it . It is so okay to break down the walls that bring you up, but it’s also great if you re-build them and become stronger. This is so inspiring and so true! Thank you so much for publishing this :))

Hi there would you mind letting me know which webhost
you’re working with? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 different web browsers and
I must say this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you recommend a good hosting provider at a honest price?
Thanks a lot, I appreciate it! I am sure this post has
touched all the internet visitors, its really really fastidious
post on building up new web site. Ahaa, its pleasant conversation regarding
this piece of writing at this place at this weblog, I
have read all that, so now me also commenting here.

  3. With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism
or copyright violation? My site has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but
it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement.

Do you know any solutions to help protect against content from being stolen? I’d definitely appreciate it.

    1. Unfortunately with there being so much content on the web, I’m not really sure of a way to prevent your content from being stolen. It is all over the place and happens more often than not. I don’t know of any real solution unfortunately.

  6. This is the right website for anybody who really wants to understaznd this topic.
You know a whole lot its almost hard to argue with you (not that
I personally will need to…HaHa). You certainly put a brand new spoin on a subject which has
been written about for decades. Excellent stuff, just great!

Cool blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere?
A design like yours with a few simple adjustements would really make
my blog jump out. Please let me know where you got your design. Kudos
