Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are enjoying your week. Today I wanted to share with you how you can work to simplify your life in just one week. All it takes is seven days to see significant change. So I wanted to share with you seven things you can do that will have a huge impact. You will see the overall change by the end of the week.

Day #1: Brain Dump.

The very first thing you should do is a brain dump. Write down all the things you need to do. Get all of your ideas out and on paper. Get out everything that you can. This allows you to start fresh and figure out what your next steps should be. If you try to figure things out without first writing everything down, it is more difficult to work through.

Day #2: Reset your space.

Do a declutter. Get rid of things you don’t want or need. Rearrange your furniture if that is something you desire. Do a deep clean. This allows you to minimize the things you have around you are create a fresh start for your mind. It helps you relax and feel a lot better moving forward.

Day #3: Declutter social media. 

The next thing that is more helpful than you may think is going through your social media. Unfollow people you don’t desire to follow anymore. Remove links from your profile that you don’t use or don’t work anymore. Clean up your online presence and simplify your profiles.

Day #4: Create routines.

Having morning and night routines can really help simplify your days. You will have time set aside to do the things you need to do. It allows you time to focus on specific tasks and make sure that things get done. Without routines, you are always guessing and that can really complicate your life more than it needs to be.

Day #5: Decide what you want.

Another way to simplify your life that may be surprising is to decide what you want. Once you have that figured out, you know what you are working towards. You have specific needs and desires and that will help you live a much simpler life. You can take that and turn it into actions.

Day #6: Plan your time.

Now that you have removed things you don’t need and figured out what you want, it’s time to plan out your time. You need to be able to focus on what you are working towards, so it’s important to have your calendar ready to plan things. This way you will know exactly what you will be doing at one time.

Day #7: Set Your Intentions.

Once you have everything else in order, it’s time to set goals and priorities in your life. Write them down and keep them somewhere where you can see them everyday. This is just a reminder that you are working towards something and that you value yourself and your time. This keeps you from being distracted by less important things.
