Hey guys! Welcome back. We talk a lot about outer beauty and makeup, but today I wanted to talk about something deeper. I wanted to talk about inner beauty. Because ultimately that is what is the most important. It is our inner beauty that is the most valuable and shines through to the world. So today I am sharing some tips on how you can work on your inner beauty.

1. Define inner beauty.

The first thing to do is define what what inner beauty means to you. It doesn’t mean the same to everyone. Maybe to you it means kindness. Maybe it’s confidence. Maybe it’s success. Or it could be happiness. Whatever it is, decide what it means to you so you can start working towards that.

2. Stop envying other people.

If you are focusing on other people and trying to compare yourself to them, you aren’t focusing on the positive aspects of yourself. So it is incredibly important to stop envying others and being jealous and start being grateful for what you have. It is vital to know that you are your own person and that is enough.

3. Practice being authentic.

So often we try to be someone we’re not just to impress other people. But to be truly beautiful on the inside, you have to be comfortable with who you are. So practicing being authentic will help you be more comfortable with who you are and more confident so you aren’t trying to be someone else.

4. Learn to love yourself.

It’s a difficult thing to do from some people, and trust me, I’ve been there. But I know to have that inner beauty, I have to love myself. I have to be willing to acknowledge the good and work on changing the bad. I have to be able to care about myself and keep pushing through.

5. Practice on being more positive.

The more positive you are, the more beauty that shines through. The more you help lift other people up, the more you lift yourself up. So focus on being more positive and make it a goal for yourself. Challenge yourself to turn negative thoughts around and give them a positive spin when you can.

6. Be kind and give back to others.

Giving back to other people is a great way to work on and grow your inner beauty. Kindness really does go a long way and it makes all the difference in your life and the lives of other people. Never underestimate how far a kind word or act can go. Kindness is a wonderful quality to have.

7. Laugh often.

Laughing will help you feel a lot better and allows you to enjoy yourself a lot more. So I encourage you to laugh as much as you can. Watch a funny TV show or movie. Spend time with people that make you laugh. Laughing helps you relieve stress and be more calm which will shine through.

8. Make time for your passions.

Your inner beauty shines through the most when you are doing something that you are passionate about. Therefore, making time for your passions is one of the best ways to work on your inner beauty. It is also one of the easiest ways because you are working on things that you love and enjoy doing.

9. Focus on the present.

Don’t worry about the past because there is no going back. Don’t worry about the future because what’s meant to be will happen. Focus on right now. Be in the moment and know that everything else will work out the way it is meant. Your life is happening right now, so don’t miss it.
