Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you have had a great week. Today I wanted to share a few things with you that I recommend doing everyday. These are things that are really going to lift you up and help you live your very best life. These are things that I strive to do every single day, but I’m human so I’m not perfect. However, I know when I do these things that I am at my best and my happiest. So I highly recommend working to incorporate these things into your daily routine.
Drink lots of water.
Drinking water always helps me feel my best. It also helps my skin, my hair, and my body. Drinking a lot of water is a great thing to do everyday because your body needs hydration. So drinking a lot of water is something that I strive to do everyday. I always keep a bottle of water with me so I can always be drinking it.
Wash your face.
Some days I don’t feel like it, but for the most part I wash my face everyday. And it makes such a difference. My skin feels better, I feel more awake, and I just feel more confident. Washing your face is extremely important for a number of reasons and I believe that it is something everyone should do everyday.
Whether it is walking around the block or doing a full workout, being active is an important part of my day. It helps me relieve stress, get out a lot of energy, and helps me feel a lot better. So being active is something that I recommend to anyone no matter what your day looks like.
Brush your teeth.
It baffles me that there are people who don’t brush their teeth when they are perfectly capable of doing so. It helps your breath smell better and keeps your teeth clean and healthy. Brushing my teeth is something that I simply cannot go a day without doing and I think it is super important.
We live in a society where being busy and productive is the most important thing and that we should always be working. And while it is great to be productive and work hard, I don’t think we should do it all day everyday. I think it is important to take breaks, rest, and relax as well.
Listen to your favorite songs.
Listening to music is something that I do every single day. When I’m being active, when I’m working, and when I’m getting ready. I think music is something that we all share regardless of what kind you listen to. Listening to your favorite songs can help inspire and motivate you.
I think this is the one that I slack on the most. I don’t take as many pictures as I would like to. But sometimes I look back and wish I had taken some pictures. It’s a great way to document memories and help share them with other people in the future. So taking pictures is something that I would really like to do everyday.
Eat a healthy meal.
Sometimes all of our meals aren’t the most healthy, but I believe in the value of having at least one healthy meal a day. It can really help you look and feel your best and teach you the value of healthy eating. It is something that I strive to do everyday and really work on cultivating.
Leave a nice comment.
Leaving a nice comment on someone’s picture or video is something that I really like doing everyday. You truly never know how far a nice comment can go, so I strive to do so everyday. I know how great it feels to receive a nice comment and the impact that it has. So leaving a nice comment is something I challenge everyone to do everyday.
Work towards your goals.
I think everyday should be spent bettering yourself in any way that you can. So taking some time out of your day to spend working on your goals can only benefit you. This is something that I do everyday because I know how important my goals are to me. I challenge you to do the same.
