Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Today I wanted to share with you another mental wellness challenge. I did one a few months ago and it went over really well, so I decided to do another one. With the changing season, I felt it was a good time to refocus and regroup. So I will leave the challenge down below and you can start and finish whenever you desire. Hopefully this challenge helps you and really pushes you to focus on your mental health.
Day One – Write down your goals for the next 30 days.
Day Two – Spend thirty minutes writing down how you are feeling right now.
Day Three – Spend twenty minutes outside.
Day Four – Drink enough water.
Day Five – Ask to hang out with your closest friend.
Day Six – De-clutter.
Day Seven – Spend time alone doing something you love.
Day Eight – Eat healthy meals the entire day.
Day Nine – Limit social media time.
Day Ten – Spend five minutes stretching.
Day Eleven – No TV that night.
Day Twelve – Watch your favorite movie and relax.
Day Thirteen – Make a list of your favorite things to do and then spend the day doing those things.
Day Fourteen – Make a playlist of all of your favorite songs.
Day Fifteen – Wake up earlier, drink some water, and plan your day.
Day Sixteen – Work out for thirty minutes.
Day Seventeen – Do something that pushes you out of your comfort zone.
Day Eighteen – Do something more for someone in need.
Day Nineteen – Find a mental health podcast to listen to.
Day Twenty – Enjoy your favorite meal.
Day Twenty One – Read for an hour.
Day Twenty Two – Create a method for tracking your habits.
Day Twenty Three – Don’t complain today. Focus on seeing the good.
Day Twenty Four – Color in a coloring book or write a short story.
Day Twenty Five – Set some boundaries. Practice saying no to things you don’t really want to do.
Day Twenty Six – Focus on yourself today. Listen to what your gut tells you.
Day Twenty Seven – Make a list of ten things you love about yourself.
Day Twenty Eight – Treat Yourself.
Day Twenty Nine – Challenge your negative thoughts with positive thoughts.
Day Thirty – Reflect on this month. What went well? What could still use improvement? Use this reflection to set goals for next month.
