Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you had a great weekend. Today I wanted to talk through some ways that you can reset and refresh your week. We all go through peaks and valleys even in our daily lives. Therefore, I think it is valuable to know some ways that we can come out of the valleys stronger and more prepared. These are some things that you can do to reset and refocus when you hit a week spot.

1. Sweat it out.

There is nothing a great workout can’t fix for me. When I am feeling down or something is not going my way, I like to either take a walk outside and clear my head, or I do a workout in my room. It helps me burn off some of that negative energy and get my head back where it needs to be. A good sweat session really helps refresh me.

2. Whip up something delicious.

Baking is something that I absolutely love doing. It is one of my favorite stress relievers. There is something so peaceful and happy about creating a sweet treat. But you could make anything from your favorite meal to your favorite dessert. The possibilities are endless. Just make something that you know you will enjoy.

3. Indulge in some self care.

If you have hit a weak spot in your week and you aren’t sure how to bounce back, start with some self care. It is a great way to focus on yourself and just relax. Give yourself a manicure, read a book, or do something that you enjoy doing and that relaxes you. It will allow you to get back to doing what you are doing feeling a lot better about it.

4. Clean and declutter.

It doesn’t sound like much, but I swear by it. When I am feeling unproductive and out of sorts, I really like cleaning. There is something about having a clean space that just makes me work better. I like going through and getting rid of things that I don’t need so I can focus on the things that matter.

5. Sleep.

This is probably the easiest one and it may be the most effective. If you need to reset, just go to sleep. Whether it is taking a nap or getting a good night’s sleep (I recommend both), you can wake up and just start over. It really is a great way to have a fresh start. Sometimes some sleep is all you really need.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let us know how you like to reset and refresh during the week. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
