Hey guys! Welcome back. I am super excited for today’s Blogmas post because I have a lot to say. I just wanted to do another more personal post because things are changing and I want to be as open with you all as I possibly can. It’s not always easy when I start putting myself out there, but I really enjoy connecting with you guys and letting you into what is going on in my life. So that is what I am going to do today. I wanted to talk about a few things that are going on that I feel like you should know.
This week is my last week of college ever. On Saturday I graduate and I move on into the world. And a big part of me is really excited. I am looking forward to the fun parts and mentally preparing for the not so fun parts. Now that I am graduating and leaving the college life, my routine will be changing. I’m not sure exactly what my life will look like in 2020, but I know things will start to look a little different. My routine for work, my personal life, and my blog will all be changing come the start of the year. And I will share more of that when I know what it all will look like.
Another thing that has been on my mind lately is all the hurt that happened this year. As I start reflecting on 2019 and everything that has happened, I realize how much I went through physically and emotionally. But I learned from all of it that time really does heal all. It sounds a little strange, but as I look back I realize how much faster things got better when I just let go and didn’t worry so much. It gave me opportunities to move on and just live my life. It takes a lot sometimes to let things go and let time pass, but I have learned that it really is worth it. So if you are struggling with something, just know that in the right time, it will pass and you won’t be struggling with it as badly as you are right now.
The last thing I want to mention is something that I briefly mentioned before, but I want to give you a little more details. I am working very hard this month to rebrand Love, Geeky Girl. And on January 1, 2020 I will be relaunching Love, Geeky Girl. In that post I will be sharing the new website, the new purpose, and everything you can expect. Don’t worry, the old content isn’t going anywhere. I just think it’s time to make some changes and create a fresh start. And I think you guys are really going to like the new direction Love, Geeky Girl is headed in 2020.
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let me know in the comments what you are most looking forward to in 2020. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
