Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are having a fantastic week. Today I wanted to share with you my current morning routine. This may change in a month, but that’s okay. I still wanted to share it because it is an updated morning routine and I like sharing these with you all. I went back to a very simple morning routine, so there are less things. I decided to stick with the most basic things since it is harder to get out of bed these days.
Make the bed.
The first thing I do is make my bed. Since I am right there it only makes sense to go ahead and get it done. It’s also something that I can go ahead and mark off as an accomplishment for the day.
Drink some water.
I like to be hydrated in the morning since I went so long without having any. So I fill up my water bottle and start drinking as I move on through the rest of my morning. And then I carry it throughout my day.
Getting ready includes changing my clothes, doing my hair and makeup, and getting my bag ready. I like to make sure that as much of this that I can have prepared the night before is ready so I don’t have to worry as much in the morning.
Bullet journal/to-do list.
I have recently gotten back into my bullet journal and it really helps me stay organized and focused. And I like to write out my to-do list so I know what my day is going to look like and what I need to be focused on.
And last, I like to eat breakfast. My body is so hungry when I wake up, so I like to eat at least something in the morning so I can boost my energy and really start the day off on a good foot.
