Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you have had a great week. Today I wanted to share with you my favorite products for a date night. I have gone on a couple very recently, so I am excited to share my favorite products to wear with you. This way if you are going on a date and need some products that will last a while and look great the whole time, you can turn to this and get some inspiration. So here are my favorite makeup products to wear when going on a date.
Iconic London Prep Set Glow Face Mist.
I love this face mist. It works as a great priming spray and a great setting spray. I use it for both and it is never too much. Of course I have dry skin so every bit of hydration helps. It just helps everything look and feel a bit better and more natural. I love this and I use it every time I do my makeup, especially when I’m going out.
Tarte Base Tape Hydrating Primer.
Since the foundation I am going to share with you is more on the matte side, I like to have as much hydration underneath as I possibly can. So I love this primer because it is lightweight and leaves my skin feeling really fresh. It doesn’t fill in pores or anything, but it is great for hydrating and acting as a base for your foundation.
Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define Foundation.
I love the hydrating foundation, but for something like this the Conceal & Define foundation is one of the best. I love this particular foundation because it lasts a really long time no matter what I am doing. It doesn’t look too cakey or dry and it’s super full coverage. I reach for this one quite a bit.
Tarte Shape Tape Concealer.
I love this concealer. I was really late to the game with trying it, but I can’t tell you enough how much I love it. It’s super full coverage but still easy to blend. It is by far the best concealer I have ever tried and it is 100% worth the money. It looks great and I know it is going to leave me looking and feeling flawless.
Maybelline Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder.
I have to get a new one because mine is completely empty, but this is my favorite powder. It adds some coverage without being too much and it’s even good to use under the eyes because it’s not too heavy. I use a different powder for under the eyes usually, but this is still a great powder. I love it for all over the face.
ColourPop No Filter Pressed Powder.
I love using this powder to set under my eyes and everywhere that I put concealer. It is so smooth and natural and it doesn’t make me look dry at all. It sets everything down and locks it all in place. It is my absolute favorite pressed powder and it is super affordable. I highly recommend it.
Neutrogena Healthy Skin Blends Bronzer.
I love this bronzer because it is super affordable, is a great color for me, and it blends really well. It helps me look a little more alive and helps me feel a little more confident going out on a date. I just love everything about this bronzer and it is definitely the one I reach for the most.
Physician’s Formula Deep Butter Bronzer.
I use the deep bronzer from Physician’s Formula to contour. I can’t use it as an all over bronzer because it’s a little too dark for me, however it works really well as a contour. So if I feel like adding this step and I need something that isn’t too dark I always reach for this bronzer.
ColourPop Pressed Highlight (Dreamscape).
I love this highlighter for so many reasons. First, it is super affordable and I feel like it is really difficult to find a drugstore highlighter that I really love. Second, it is pigmented enough that you can wear it everyday without being too much and you can build it up to be more intense if you want to. It’s perfect for all occasions, especially a date.
Physician’s Formula Blushes.
I have so many shades of this that I can’t pick a favorite. It really just depends on the eye look that I am doing. I love these blushes though because they are super affordable and the blend really well. You can build them up, but they are more subtle at first so you can get the shade where you want it.
Alter Ego Sahara Palette.
Since I lost my Jaclyn Hill palette and I have to buy a new one, I have to use my Alter Ego palette. And I do love this palette. The shades are super pigmented, but easy to work with and blend. There are so many looks you can create with this palette and this is another affordable product.
L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara.
I have tried so many mascaras, and nothing compares to this mascara. It adds so much length and volume and makes my lashes look super full and fluffy. It is less than $10 and I really just can’t find one that beats it. I absolutely love this mascara and I use it every single time I go out.
And those are my go-to products when I go out on a date. These are the ones I reach for the most often. Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did.
