Hey guys! Welcome back. I am back with another post that will hopefully inspire you to live your best year yet. I am going to share with you some tasks that that will boost your productivity and your life in general. These are things that most of us need to do, but usually we put them off and never really get around to them. So start scheduling to do these things today.
1. Write a health check list.
Whether it’s going to the doctor for a check up or scheduling a dentist appointment, many of us don’t always keep up with our health and going where we need to go. So it’s important to sit down and make a health check list of all the things you need to do, haven’t done in a while, or have let slip past without thinking about it. This will help you get on track and where you need to be.
Unsubscribe from emails you don’t care about. This will keep your email from filling up with things you are never going to read anyway. Unsubscribe from stores and brands. This will save you a lot of money because you won’t feel the need to buy things just because they are having a sale or have something new to share with you. Unsubscribe from anything that isn’t adding value to your life.
3. Write a “make it stop” list.
Write out a list of things you want to stop doing. Whether it is smoking cigarettes, complaining, drinking soda, or whatever else it might be. Write out a list of things that you would like to work on. Keep is posted where you can see it so you will have constant reminders of what you are working towards and you might remember to cut back on whatever it is.
4. Make a budget.
Very few people really enjoy doing this, but it is absolutely essential. It’s important to take the time to figure out your finances and see where all your money is going. From paying bills to paying off debt to saving money, it is really important to keep tabs on your money so you are prepared as much as possible. It just keeps you from struggling as much as you might otherwise.
5. Make your goals visible.
It is really great to make goals for yourself and write them down. However, sometimes even if they are written down it can still be easy to forget them and not pay attention to them. That makes it easier for you to lose track and not meet your goals. So keeping them where you can see them is a constant reminder of what you are working towards and why you are doing what you are doing.
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let us know your thoughts in the comments! Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
