Hey guys! Welcome back. We will in an age now where most of us don’t just have one job. We have our regular job that gives us out steady flow of income and we also have at least one other job or hobby on the side. So today I wanted to share some tips I have found super helpful when balancing multiple jobs at once. Since moving and starting a new job doing it all has been difficult and stressful. But these are the things that have helped me the most.

1. Say yes mindfully.

It’s super important to remember that you are only one person and you can’t do everything. So if someone asks you to do something and you already have something scheduled for that time, even if it’s for yourself, don’t say yes. You have enough on your plate already and you don’t need to add more to it if you don’t have to. Only say yes to the things you know you can do because otherwise you will stretch yourself too thin and you won’t be giving your best.

2. Set boundaries.

It’s important to have boundaries in your personal life and your professional life. If someone asks you to do something and you know you have to do something for work, don’t feel bad for saying no. Setting boundaries also keeps you from stretching yourself too thin and keeps you from getting overwhelmed. It also helps keep your work life separate from your personal life so you can thrive in both and be yourself.

3. Eat healthy meals.

Being able to keep going and do everything you need to do requires a lot of energy. And one of the best ways to get energy and feel great while doing it is by eating healthy and nutritious means. So when you know you have a busy day make sure you are planning more healthy meals and carry healthy snacks. Because the better you feel on the inside, the better you can give on the outside.

4. Get some exercise.

Eating healthy is important, but so is moving your body and getting out some of that energy. It keeps you going because you are able to relieve some stress and take some time to just clear your head. With everything you have going on it can be easy to never stop, but getting some exercise allows you time to not only burn some calories but also give yourself a much needed and well deserved break. So don’t skip out on your work out no matter how busy your day it.

5. Stick to your vision.

When it comes to planning and setting goals, one of the most important things you can do is to stick to your vision. This also helps you have more balance. If you find that you are doing something that no longer benefits you or makes sense for your vision and what you want in the future, then sometimes it’s best to stop doing whatever it is. That way you can focus more on the things that do work for your vision and will help you move forward in the future.

6. Follow your passion.

Your passion is the driving force for everything you do. Every decision you make should be something that is going to help you grow your passion and follow whatever path you have decided to follow. So when you are having trouble balancing everything and you start to get overwhelmed, remember your passion. Remember what it is that has got you here and why you are here. It will help.

7. Take time for yourself.

If you aren’t taking time for yourself and taking care of yourself, then you will get burned out and you are more likely to give up and not want to do it anymore. So when it comes to balancing multiple jobs, it is really important to remember to take time for yourself. Self care is really important and you need to do what is best for you. So remember to take breaks, get some sleep, and do the things that make you happy.
