Hey guys! Welcome back. If you remember, last month I shared the good habit I wanted to build in January and the bad habit I wanted to break in January. And I think I was pretty successful in both. So I am back this month to share with you the good habit I really want to work on and the bad habit I want to try to break. This helps keep me motivated and keeps me accountable for sticking to what I am supposed to be doing. It is similar to me sharing my goals every month.
My Good Habit:
The good habit that I really want to build this month is working on my prayer journal more. I don’t always do it everyday like I would like to, so I really want to make that a priority this month. I want to make time for it everyday so I know I am doing it and not doing other things instead. My prayer journal is super important to me and when I don’t have time or I skip it I get kind of bummed. So hopefully this month I can get back on track and keep going with it.
My Bad Habit:
The bad habit that I want to break is saying yes too often. I have a really bad habit of saying yes every time someone asks me to do something or go somewhere and it causes me to have way too much on my plate. I get really overwhelmed and I don’t have enough time for myself and the things I need and want to do. So hopefully by saying yes less often this month I can have time for things like my prayer journal. That’s the goal anyway. Hopefully by the end of the month I see a difference.
