Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are having a great day so far. Today I wanted to share something that I have been thinking about for a few weeks now. As I moved and transitioned into my new life and my new routine, I realized a few things. And as I prepare to start all over again, I wanted to share with you some of the signs that I noticed when I realized I needed a lifestyle change. Hopefully this will help inspire you if you are experiencing any of these things.

1. Your energy is low.

If your energy is low even though you are getting plenty of sleep at night it could be a sign that something in your lifestyle needs to change. Maybe you have a bad habit that is bringing down your energy. Maybe your job is exhausting and you are burnt out. If your energy is low, find the thing that is draining it and try to find a solution.

2. You’ve stopped working on yourself.

If you have gotten to the point where you have stopped working on yourself and stopped trying to go and be a better version of yourself, it might be time to change some things. Figure out some things that you would like to see change in yourself and make a plan to continue to work on yourself.

3. Your environment has become toxic.

If you are in any environment that is toxic it is definitely time to make a lifestyle change. Whether it is at home, in a relationship, or at work, if you are in a toxic situation it’s time to start working towards getting out as soon as possible. You deserve more than to be around people who don’t value you.

4. You’re not happy in your romantic relationship.

Your relationships should happen with people that you want to be with. You should never feel like you have to stay with someone that you are not happy with or you don’t feel a connection with anymore. I know it’s easier said than done, but this is also something that might be a sign that something needs to change.

5. You’re just surviving at this point.

If you feel like everyday is just you trying to survive and you aren’t getting anything else out of life, it is time to find ways to change that. Whether you need friends, a new hobby, or to make some more serious changes in your life, figure out how you can get out of that mindset and bring some fun and excitement back into your life.

6. You’ve acquired an addictive habit.

Whether it is eating, smoking, drinking, or some other habit that you are addicted to, it is time for some lifestyle changes. It’s time to figure out what your triggers are and how you can combat those in healthier ways. That way you can kick the compulsive behavior and live a healthier life.

7. You’re stuck in the past.

I’ve been there. You feel like you are just on a loop and you can’t get out. You’re stuck in the past so much that you can’t even enjoy your life right now. If this is you I would consider making some changes. Move away from your past environment, get away from hurtful people, take your life back.

8. You keep thinking there has to be more.

If you find yourself thinking there has to be more to life then I am here to tell you that there is more than what you are experiencing right now. The problem is you have to go get it. You have to make the choices, take the risks, and reach out to the people in order to get more out of life. You can’t get there if you’re sitting still.

9. You’re feeling depressed.

Your life isn’t always going to be perfect, however, it shouldn’t be making you depressed. Depression might be an indicator that you need a change in your life. That might be saying no to things or people that aren’t healthy for you, letting others help you, or removing yourself from a situation. Whatever it is, do what is best for you.

10. You’re constantly stressed and overwhelmed.

Being stressed and overwhelmed is a part of life, but it’s not good if you feel that way all the time. If you are then you should consider making some changes in whatever area is making you feel that way. It could be your job, your relationship, or something in another area of life. Try to figure out what it is and see if you can make some changes.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let us know in the comments what your thoughts on this topic are. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
