Hey guys! Welcome back. It is the start of a brand new month and with that comes the time for me to share with you the habits that I am working on this month. And I must say that this is one of the months that I am most excited about in terms of habits because these are definitely two things that I really want to work on. So I can’t wait to share with you what good habit I am trying to build and what bad habit I am trying to get rid of. So let’s just dive right in.

Good Habit:

The good habit that I really want to cultivate this month is saving more money. I do pretty good at saving money and I don’t spend a ton of money most of the time, but I do sometimes buy things I don’t need. So this month I am really working on not spending as much and saving more. And this should be pretty easy since I am doing a no spend month and not buying things I don’t absolutely need. I can’t wait to see how much I save by the end of the month.

Bad Habit:

And the bad habit that I really want to cut back on is drinking soda. I drink soda quite a bit and I really want to cut back on it. I find that I feel a lot better when I’m not drinking it as much and I think it will help in a lot of areas of my life. So I really want to work on drinking less of that this month and drinking more water. Hopefully I will start feeling a lot better and maybe I will sleep better at night. Let’s see if I can make it through and really cut back on it.

  1. Giving up soda is a life-changer! I stopped drinking it regularly around 10 years ago. Since then I can have a sip occasionally (maybe once a month), but it truly is the most useless kind of beverage. Well, not only useless – harmful as well as addicting. Good for you and good luck!!
