Hey guys! Welcome back. Today I am doing something I haven’t really done in the past and I am sharing a recipe! I love pancakes and when I found this recipe I knew I had to try it. Someone shared it on their Instagram story and I really wanted to try it out. You need a minimum of two ingredients, but you can add to it if you would like. It’s a super easy recipe and it is actually really good!

One ripe banana

Two whole eggs

Mix both in a small bowl. Make sure the banana is completely mashed. Spray your pan and scoop some batter into the pan. Cook on low to medium heat for 20-30 seconds and flip. Cook for 20-30 seconds more and then take it out of the pan! You can add blueberries, chocolate chips, or your other favorite toppings for a little something extra!

And that’s it! That’s the recipe. It is really super easy and I love it. It’s the only way I make pancakes now. It’s all natural, super easy and affordable, and I think they taste great! I cannot recommend this recipe enough for anyone who loves pancakes or is new to cooking and looking for something easy to try!

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let me know in the comments if you decide to try this recipe and what your thoughts are. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you in the next one!
