Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are having a great week so far. Today is the last day of June, so it’s time for me to recap the month and share my goals for next month. To my delight June went by fairly quickly which means I just have a little bit longer until I get to move into my new apartment. I am super excited. But before we get there we have to make it through July and part of August. So before we jump the gun too much, let’s recap how June went for me.

It started off on a rocky start. My life was completely uprooted and I had to make some very sudden changes about a lot of things. But in many ways, June was full of blessings and I wanted to share some of those with you. Most of them are shared in blog posts I already posted so I will share the links to those below. So if you want a more in depth look at how my month went, just click the links and read through some of those blog posts. It was a big month.

Ten Things You Might Not Know About Me

June Favorites:

New Girl.

I started watching again and I can honestly say that other than some YouTube videos I haven’t really been watching anything else. I have had New Girl playing nonstop for like two weeks now. I can’t get enough of it.

Chips & Salsa.

Yep. It’s back. I just love chips and salsa so much. It’s one of my favorite snacks of all time. I have learned that I don’t love all salsas though. Some are much better in my opinion, but I still love it.

I started reading again this month and I have been loving it. I can’t wait to see how much I get read in July. Hopefully more than I have been in the past few months. I love reading and I love that I am finally starting to get back into it.

L.A. Colors Nail Polish.

I bought this nail polish at Walmart and it was only $2!!! I bought it because I really love the shade, but I wasn’t really expecting it to be great quality since it was only $2. But I painted my nails last Sunday and it is only just now starting to chip. It’s amazing!!!

Interior Design.

And by interior design, I mean so in terms of my new apartment. I have so enjoyed picking out new things for my apartment and getting to figure out how I want to decorate my new space.

July Goals:

1. Read one book.

Like I said, I have been getting back into reading again lately and I have a lot of books to read. However, since July will likely be a busy month, I want to challenge myself to read at least one book. If I read more, great, but if not I won’t stress about it.

2. Get ahead on blog posts.

Since I know August will also be a busy month I want to make sure that I get as far ahead on blog posts as I can. It will also be helpful because I have all of this other content that I am trying to keep up with now.

3. Work on Pinterest growth.

Pinterest is really crucial to growing my blog and gaining new readers, so I really want to work on growing my Pinterest and being more present over there. It’s so important and I know that it can only help.

4. More walks outside.

I used to walk outside all the time, but I haven’t done it in a while. So this month I am challenging myself to get back into it. I even have it as part of my daily routine for the morning time.

5. Drink more water.

I have been drinking more water this month, but in July I really want to step it up even more. I want to drink water more than anything else, so hopefully this month I can really get there.

6. Start really packing.

July is a longer month, but I really want to get on top of packing as much as possible. I have started packing some things, but I still have a long way to go. So I am starting as soon as possible. It would help if I had somewhere to put the boxes though.

And that is my recap of June and my goals for July! Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let us know in the comments what your favorites for the month or goals for this month are. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
