Hey guys! Welcome back. November is coming to an end which means we are entering into the final month of 2020. I can’t believe how far we have come, but I can’t wait to see what this new year brings (hopefully only good things). But before we get too ahead of ourselves, I wanted to share with you some of the things I was loving this past month. I will also be sharing with you my goals for December and what I will be working on over this next month!

November Favorites:

L’Oreal Eye Cream In A Concealer: I started using this product earlier this month and I absolutely love it. It has made such a difference on my under eye area and I love the way it looks. I just wish they had a better shade range. If you are looking for a good drugstore concealer I really recommend looking into this. Especially if you can find a shade that works for you. It really does help with darkness and it’s hydrating.

Bath And Body Works Candles: Earlier this month I went into Bath And Body Works and bought so many amazing things. But my favorite things that I got were the candles I purchased. They were having a sale for buy one get one free so I ended up with two candles for the price of one. I got Sweater Weather and Sparkling Icicles and I love them both. They are perfect scents for this time of year without making your home smell like cookies.

Decorating: We started decorating the apartment for Christmas this month and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. We got most of the decorations from the Dollar Tree and I must say I really love the way it has turned out. I think we are pretty much finished decorating at this point, but I still love having them all up and getting to see them everyday. They bring me so much joy and I just think they are really fun and festive.

December Goals:

1. Finish Blogmas.

Blogmas officially begins very soon and I am so excited! I do Blogmas every year and this year I am looking forward to keeping the tradition alive. I have some really fun and exciting things planned, but I also want to know what you want to see from me! So let me know in the comments if you have any ideas or suggestions of things you would like to see during Blogmas. Let’s make this the best one yet!

2. Read a new book.

I have a book that I am currently reading and I really want to finish it this month. Of course working as much as I do and trying to do Blogmas and keep up with everything else does take up a lot of time, I am hoping that I can find at least some time each week to just relax and read. Not only will it help me reach my goal, but it is also just good to read as much as you can anyway. So no matter what I just want to read.

3. Try a new recipe.

I love cooking and baking and this time of year makes me want to do it even more. I love finding new recipes to try. It’s really fun and exciting for me and it gives me time just for myself. I have really love cooking these past few months and I can’t wait to try even more this upcoming month. So if you have recipes you love, share them in the comments!

4. Weekly self care night.

Life has been absolutely crazy these past couple of months and one thing that really keeps me going is having a self care night once a week. So I want to continue making that a priority throughout December no matter how busy things are and how much I have going on. Self care is essential.

5. Stay ahead on blog posts.

There is no worse feeling to me than feeling behind on my content. I am really trying to stay ahead and schedule as much as I can in advance, but I don’t want to overwork myself in any way because then I feel like I’m not giving you guys the best content that I can. So I am working as efficiently as possible to stay ahead without going overboard. But Blogmas is always really fun so it shouldn’t be a problem this month.

6. Work on Instagram growth.

I created a new Instagram just for the blog after I did the rebranding. I have loved posting new content over there especially IGTV videos. I have some really fun ones planned for this upcoming month, so make sure you go follow so you don’t miss out on any of that content. I will leave it down below.

7. Get to know my new roommate.

In case you missed it, I did get a new roommate. She just moved in the past Friday and we haven’t spent a ton of time together yet, but I’m hoping over the next few weeks I can get to know her even more. We have talked some and so far she seems really great. So I am really looking forward to getting to know her even better.

8. Make Chili.

Chili is one of my favorite things ever, but I’ve never actually made it before. But since it is getting colder and it’s that time of year I really want to try to make Chili. I know it may seem silly, but it’s just one of those things I really want to perfect and be really good at making. Also, I feel like it’s just one of those staple foods that I need to know how to make. So we will see how that goes this month.

9. Do a giveaway.

Every year during Blogmas I do a giveaway. But this year I really want to do a giveaway that is not associated with Blogmas. I will still be doing one for Blogmas, but I want to do another giveaway as well. I am thinking about doing it over on Instagram which is just another reason to go follow me over there. I’m not sure when or what the giveaway will be just yet, but I promise it will be worth it, so make sure to head over there!

10. Enjoy all the Christmas festivities.

My Christmas will look a lot different this year since I will be working on Christmas most likely. But I am still looking forward to enjoying the Holiday Season in every possible way this month. From watching Christmas movies to baking lots of treats to just enjoying this time of year, I am looking forward to a whole month of Christmas festivities and time spent doing all the things I love doing this time of year and making the most out of what I have.

Those were my favorite from this past month and my goals for this upcoming month! I am so excited for December and to finish the year out strong and on a high note. Thank you so much for stopping by! I really hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let us know what you have been loving recently so we all have something new to try. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
