Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are having a great weekend. It’s Sunday which means it is time for another weekly recap and this should be a good one. This past week has been full of adventures and fun times, so join me while I take you back. This week I tried a new product, got to cat sit, and I started really reading again, so I can’t wait to share all of that with you and more! So let’s just dive right into it!

Last Sunday and Monday were interesting because we still didn’t have internet. Sunday I went into the actual call center to work and Monday I just took a personal day and hung out at home. Monday night I also went to Walmart where I picked up some new things and just spent some time outside of the apartment. Tuesday was my regular day off and I didn’t really do anything super spectacular. We were supposed to have a big snow storm, and well, we are still waiting.

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday were pretty normal days. I went to work and all was well. I didn’t have anything too exciting happen on those days and too be honest they went by kind of quick. But starting on Friday I spent this weekend cat sitting my roommates cat. It went pretty well and she was pretty easy to look after. Luckily she is pretty low maintenance and doesn’t really ask for a lot of attention.

Last week I caved on an Instagram ad mostly out of pure curiosity. It was an ad for the Billie razors and I was intrigued. I have been looking for good quality, yet affordable, razors for a while so I wanted to try them out because they looked nice and had great reviews. And they came in yesterday so I tried it out and I love it. The razor came with a magnetic holder so I can hang it on the shower and it actually removed all of the hair. I will have to keep using it to know how it keeps and how long it lasts, but I will keep you updated. But so far, so good.

I started reading more this past week because I have made the jump to digital books. I still love my paper books and will continue to read them, but I also love having digital books because they are convenient and I can read anywhere I go. The first book that I started reading was The Growth Mindset and I am a few chapters in and I’m loving it. I will do a full review once I finish the book. I also downloaded some fun cookbooks to try.

Yesterday I also did a deep clean on my room and I although it wasn’t terrible, it was still much needed. I finally got all of my Christmas decorations put away, organized my candle collection, and organized all the snacks that I keep for when I’m working or just wanting a treat. I cleaned out one of the organizers I got last summer and put them in there. I am very satisfied overall with the turnout.

And that was my week in a nutshell. There is one other thing that happened this past week that I’m not quite ready to share with the internet, but I will very soon I promise. Thank you so much for stopping by! I really hope you enjoyed hearing about my week and everything that happened. Please like it if you did. Also, if you feel so inclined drop a comment letting us know anything exciting or interesting that happened during your week! I would love to know! Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
