Hey guys! Welcome back. I can’t believe February is almost over and I haven’t done the Q&A yet. As many of you may know I absolutely love doing Q&A’s and I love that you guys are still sending in questions and just wanting to know what’s going on with me. So I am here today to deliver on my end of the bargain. I will be answering some of the questions that you have sent in on previous posts and over on Instagram. If you want to have your question be a part of next month’s Q&A you can leave it in the comments and I will include it in the next one! But for now, let’s get into today’s questions!
How do you balance all of your passions?
This is a super popular question that has come in different variations, but I thought this was the most straightforward. When it comes to balancing all of my passions or keeping up with everything it really boils down to time management. It comes with a lot of keeping up with a routine, making to-do lists, and calendar blocking literally everything. It’s nothing glamorous, it’s just the basic stuff that helps us all stay sane. Mine just has a little bit more going on.
What are you most looking forward to in 2021?
This is tough because I don’t really have anything big in 2021 that I’m really reaching for. Most things are just things I am working on for some time in the future, but not necessarily this year. But I am excited for 2021 just in the fact that it’s a new year where I can see a ton of potential and growth. I see this as the year that I don’t try to plan every step and just try and see where life leads me because if last year taught me anything it is that life can be pretty unpredictable in all the best ways.
What is your dream collab?
That’s tough. I think any collab would be an absolute dream come true.
Do you see yourself moving somewhere else?
My roommate and I were just talking about this the other day and it’s crazy because I think we both have very similar ideas and there is somewhere that we are both seriously considering moving to. But I’m not going to speak into existence just yet because it is absolutely not even close to being time for that yet.
Advice for starting a blog?
Just start. Don’t wait for it to be perfect because it never will be. You will continue to make changes and try different things as time goes on. Also, don’t stress about numbers. Growth is something that comes with time and the more consistent and persistent you are, the more growth you will see.
What does your forever dream home look like?
As far as like specifics of what I want it to look like structurally, I have no idea. I know I want a big kitchen, lots of rooms, and a backyard, but other than that I don’t have a preference about what it exactly looks like. However, I would like a nice house just outside of the city, but not too far that I can’t get places quickly. I just like the idea of having some quiet without being so far away from everyone and everything that I have to go an hour to get anywhere.
What do you see differently in yourself now from a year ago?
There are a lot of differences, both physically and mentally. I have my own apartment which is a pretty significant difference. I have a different job (not necessarily better or worse). I am content and grateful for where I have ended up. I have really great friends and I am a lot less anxious (usually). I still struggle, but overall I feel a lot better.
Next plans to conquer?
My next big goal is to *finally* finish my book and get it published.
Something inspiring you right now?
All of the books I have been reading. Having an app on my phone now makes it so much easier to read and I have been taking in so much helpful knowledge that has really inspired and motivated me.
Favorite skin care brand?
Drugstore is E.L.F. High End is It Cosmetics.
What brings you the most joy right now?
Getting to live with some of my best friends and just always be around their light and positivity.
What is your biggest challenge in the morning?
It’s really getting up. I’m not really a morning person, so I definitely need a lot of motivation in the morning.
And those are all the questions that I have for this one. It was a lot of fun, and as always, you guys asked some really great questions. Thank you so much for stopping by! I really hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. If you have any questions that you would like for me to answer in March’s Q&A post (coming soon) make sure that you leave them in the comments and I will be sure to answer it in that post. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
