Hey guys! Welcome back. As many of you may know, gratitude is a really big part of my everyday life. I strive everyday to at some point write down the things that I am feeling most grateful for everyday. It helps keep me motivated, grounded, and positive. And I thought it would be fun today to share with you some of my favorite gratitude prompts. This will be really useful for you if you are starting a gratitude journal or you could just use regular paper or type it out on your computer. Whatever works for you! Regardless of how you use them, here are some journal prompts to get you started!

What’s a simple, everyday thing that you are really grateful for right now?
What’s something you didn’t have a year ago that you are really grateful to have today?

What’s an accomplishment you are really proud of?
What makes you feel safe?
Who is someone well known that you are thankful for?

I’m grateful for my mum still being alive and well. I’m grateful for the people that surround me every day. There’s definitely a lot to be grateful for, even if the world isn’t what it once was. Thank you for another great and insightful post. 🙏

Thanks for sharing these, I started trying to consistently journal a month ago and it’s been such a good bait, but sometimes a prompt is just what you need!

Yes! I have a prompt for everyday and it has definitely helped me stick with it. I find that having something specific to write about really helps me. It’s the same with workouts. Having a specific workout I’m going to do on specific days really helps a lot.
