Hey guys! Welcome back. I cannot believe February is already pretty much over. There are just a couple of days left until we head into a new month. February was such a big month for me in some ways I can’t even share with you. But that has me super excited for March and to see everything that is in store coming up. February was pretty strong and I can’t even imagine what is to come. With that, it is time for me to share with you my favorites from this past month and my goals for the new month as we head into March.
February 2021 Favorites:
I have been reading a lot more this past month than I normally do because now I have an app that lets me read literally anytime I want. In February I read The Growth Mindset and I absolutely loved it. I am working my way through a couple of other books right now and I love that I can read at any time, anywhere.
You guys have heard me talk about this a lot these past couple of months, but it’s still one of my absolute favorite things. I love that I am finally starting to try new things and cook more foods.
I didn’t buy a ton of home decor, but I have been looking for home decor a lot. I kind of want to get a nice little table for my room with a lamp for some extra light. And I want to get some more things to hang on the walls and some things for the bathroom. So I’ve been looking quite a bit.
That quiet time everyday is very important to me. It’s the time for me to really relax and decompress after work. It allows me to just have some time to do something that isn’t necessarily productive and allows me to really just get out of mu head and all the stress I’m struggling with.
We had quite the snowstorm here a couple of weeks ago. It wasn’t nearly as bad as some places so we could actually enjoy the snow and it was nice.
March 2021 Goals:
Read one book.
Speaking of reading, I am really working on reading at least one book a month. Of course, I would love to read more and I try to read for at least 30 minutes everyday, but I want to make sure I can stick to one a month before I try to add on anymore. That said, if you have any book recommendations, leave them in the comments!
Wake up one hour earlier.
I have a really hard time getting up any earlier than I absolutely have to in the mornings, especially on days I have to work. But I have been really trying lately to get up a little earlier and have some time just for myself. So I’m working on getting up an hour earlier than I absolutely need to.
Try two new recipes.
I have one for sure that I am really looking forward to trying very soon. I’m not sure what the second one will be just yet, but I am excited to try some new things and keep looking up new recipes to try. I think it’s going to be a lot of fun and I can’t wait to see what I can find to try.
Workout three times a week.
Last month I really tried to focus on daily movement which went really well. And that is something that I am still incorporating into my daily life this month. However, I want to build onto that a little bit and also set the goal of working out in some capacity at least three times a week. Like a full workout.
Go for a walk every Saturday.
Now that the weather is starting to warm up I really want to start going on walks every Saturday (weather permitting). I just want to get out and really see what I can find around the apartment. It’s a great way to just get outside and get some fresh air, while also relaxing and just enjoying the scenery.
Get to 2,000 followers.

I am so excited to reach that milestone and I can’t wait to celebrate with all of you. I am genuinely looking forward to that because I am so certain that we can get there this month.
