Hey guys! Welcome back. This one is going up a little late, but I haven’t been feeling well these past couple of days so I am only just now getting around to finishing this one. A couple of weeks ago I placed a huge order on the Ulta website and last week it all came in the mail. I was super excited to receive it all and try out some new products. And today I get to share my thoughts on all of these products. I have used all of them and I won’t spoil my thoughts on anything so if you want to know more about what I picked up and what my thoughts are, just keep reading. For a frame of reference for anyone who is new here, I do have dry skin that is also more on the sensitive side. So I try to stick to products with safe ingredients that won’t dry out my skin or anything. So a lot of the face products I get are more hydrating and dewy. But with that, here is my Ulta haul!

Jaclyn Cosmetics Blush And Bronzer Duo.

I will say, right off the bat the packaging of this is very luxurious. It just feels like you’re holding something really fancy and. My only real complaint is that the shades are just a tad bit too light. I can make them work, but it’s my fault for not getting a darker shade. I was really just going off descriptions on the website and went with something a bit too light. But that’s on me. Other than that the formula is really nice and smooth. It almost feels like butter. Both the blush and the bronzer blend really well and look really nice on the skin. I do think it they had more basic packaging the price could be brought down because I don’t think the blush and bronzer are worth $36. There are way more affordable options with a better shade range, but if you are interested in this product and can afford it, I would say try it for yourself for sure.

Makeup Revolution Fix And Glow Fixing Spray.

I have been on the hunt for a really good, hydrating setting spray for years and I still haven’t found one. This one is a pass for me as well. I will use it until it’s gone of course because it’s not terrible, but the spray is really aggressive and it just doesn’t do that much for me. I have only used it a couple of times, so maybe I will change my mind, but for now it’s a no. There has to be a better one out there somewhere and I am determined to find it. The setting spray is $11.

Makeup Revolution Conceal And Hydrate Foundation.

If you have been around here for a while you probably remember that I was obsessed with this foundation for quite a while. But once my previous one ran out I started reaching for other foundations and never repurchased this one. Until now. And when I tell you if you have dry skin you need this foundation, you need this foundation. It’s a lot like the Maybelline Fit Me foundation with better packaging and a better shade range. It comes with a pump which I love and the coverage is simply flawless. I love this foundation and I wear it all the time now. The foundation is $12.

Makeup Revolution X Friends Female Sheet Mask Set.

Another thing you probably know about me if you have been around for a while is that I love Friends. It’s one of my favorite TV shows of all time. And when I saw that Makeup Revolution had collaborated with Friends on a whole collection I knew I had to get some things. I didn’t get the entire collection, but I did pick up some things that I knew I would use. Starting with this sheet mask set. Full disclosure: I have only used the hydrating one. There is also a brightening one and a pore refining one and I haven’t used those yet so this will just be my thoughts on the hydrating one. In all honesty I wasn’t expecting it to be super great because I feel like sheet masks are kind of hit or miss especially from drugstore brands. However, this mask specifically was really great. It really hydrated my skin and I used it two nights ago and my skin still looks really great. So I would definitely get this set just for that one alone if you need some really good hydration. The set is $14.

Makeup Revolution X Friends Rachel Lip Kit.

I also picked up one of their lip kits that come with a lip liner and two lip glosses. I’m going to start this by saying I don’t typically wear lip glosses so by comparison I can’t really tell you how good they are compared to other lip glosses. I will say that the packaging is not the best. It’s incredibly difficult to open and I still have to use my teeth to open the lip liner. The lip liner is also not very smooth and breaks really easily. At least mine does. The lip glosses are pretty nice though. They aren’t too sticky and I like the colors. Would I buy it again though? Probably not. The whole kit is only $10 thought.

Makeup Revolution X Friends Forever Flawless I’ll Be There For You Eyeshadow Palette.

That’s a really long name for an eyeshadow palette, right? This was a good one though. I really like the shades because they are very wearable and actually blend really easily. I mean it’s no big surprise because Makeup Revolution has elite eyeshadow palettes, but I really love this one. I think the shimmer shades could be better in I think there could be more shades and that the shades could have a little better pigment, but overall it’s a really great palette and I would highly recommend picking this one up. They also have different palettes in this collection with different shades. This eyeshadow palette is $18.

Makeup Revolution X Friends Door Cosmetic Bag.

I didn’t end up keeping this because I gave it to my friend as part of her graduation gift, but I will say it’s a nice quality makeup bag. It is pretty small, but it’s great quality and super cute. It was $12.

Makeup Revolution X Friends 2 Pack Blending Sponge.

I love makeup sponges and when I saw this set I knew I needed to try it. I wasn’t sure what to expect because some sponges can be a little dense and not blend things out very well, but these are actually pretty nice. They get super soft when damp and I love that they are a good size. They get pretty big when damp and I love the way the blend everything out. However, these seem to not be on the Ulta website anymore, but they were $12.

Crystal Quartz – 12 Piece Brush Set With Cosmetic Bag.

I had been in the market for some new brushes for a while and when I saw these I knew I wanted to try them. I also ordered some Morphe brushes from their website from their sale but I will share those at another time. But I really do love these brushes. They are really good quality and apply makeup really nicely. They are super soft and blend everything out like a dream. I also think they look really pretty. The set was $29, but I think they are worth it.

Groovi Beauty The Artist.

This is a makeup brush holder/organizer and to be honest I was a little disappointed by how small it is. I mean it wasn’t super expensive, it was only $8.99, but it really doesn’t hold that much. I feel like I could have shelled out a few extra dollars for something much bigger on Amazon and had a lot more space to put things. But other than the size it is really nice. It’s a good quality and it looks nice. I have it on my cart in my bathroom and right now it’s just holding my new brushes. I did order another brush holder from Amazon though.

So that’s my Ulta haul! All in all, I would say I found some pretty great stuff. A couple of misses, but that’s to be expected. Thank you so much for stopping by! I really hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let me know in the comments if you have any product recommendations or anything you want me to try. I’m always looking for new products to try for both makeup and skin care. So just let me know.
