Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are all having a great start to this new week and new month. This month I am embarking on a 31-day wellness challenge and I thought it would fun to share it with you in case you wanted to take on the challenge along with me. Everyday is something new that will help with wellness in some way and I am so excited. Each week has a different theme also which I think is super cool. So here are the details for the challenge!
Week One – Mind:
8/1: Choose wellness and take the pledge.
8/2: Do one thing you’ve been putting off.
8/3: Practice meditation.
8/4: Speak positively about yourself.
8/5: Watch a documentary or Ted Talk.
8/6: State you mantra.
8/7: Journal and reflect on what you loved today.
Week Two – Body:
8/8: Try a new healthy recipe.
8/9: Make a wellness date with a friend.
8/10: Get to bed an hour earlier.
8/11: Stop and stretch.
8/12: Try a new fitness class or workout.
8/13: Track your activity.
8/14: Make breakfast a priority.
Week Three – Beauty:
8/15: DIY a beauty treatment from home.
8/16: Mask Monday.
8/17: Try that new beauty product you’ve been eyeing.
8/18: Share a selfie.
8/19: Spend extra time on your hair care routine.
8/20: Share your #1 beauty tip with others.
8/21: Drink at least eight glasses of water today.
Week Four – Home:
8/22: Take a relaxing bath or shower.
8/23: Set the mood for a relaxing bed time.
8/24: Declutter one area of your home.
8/25: Bring the outdoors in.
8/26: Make a new playlist for relaxing at home.
8/27: Light a candle or diffuse some essential oils.
8/28: Try something outside of your comfort zone.
Week Five – Soul:
8/29: Create a new morning routine.
8/30: Say three things you love about yourself.
8/31: Say five things you’re grateful for out loud.
