Hey guys! Welcome back. I wanted to share something today that has been on my life a lot lately. Maybe it’s a sign or maybe it’s just a thought. Regardless, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about change. One thing I have always known for sure is that the only thing we can really count on for sure is change. Life is a beautiful thing and to live it to it’s absolute fullest is even more beautiful. And to live life to it’s absolute fullest I believe that we should not run from change, but embrace it. We can think about the future and plan for happiness, wealth, and success as long as we would like but if we are not doing things to make those things a reality than it’s really all for nothing. If nothing changes, we can never have those things that we long for.

Not all change is good, but it’s also not always bad. Change can be a wonderful part of life if we learn to embrace it and accept it as it comes. Change will always be a part of life, whether we accept it or not. Therefore, if we are not able to accept the change we will always be unhappy and fearful. But by embracing change and welcoming it into our lives we learn to use it for our good. We learn to see the goodness that can come from it regardless of what is happening in the moment. Change often shakes things up and causes a great deal of uncertainty, but that’s the point. It’s meant to keep us guessing and help us change course when it’s needed.

When we learn to accept change, we expect them to occur more frequently. Because we are no longer running from them and pushing them away, we allow things to be more fluid and change becomes even more constant. But now the change is working with us rather than against us. When we face change with an open mind and understanding, we can be more prepared to face anything that may come up. Our minds are trained to persevere and push through the more challenging times to get to the good times. When change becomes a part of our everyday life we are less overwhelmed when it arrives in our lives. We become more adaptable and see it as less of a threat.

As humans we like to know what’s coming next. We like routines, structure, and most importantly, certainty. The one thing that is sure to come in and ruin those things is change. So by accepting change as a part of those routines and structures, you allow yourself to be more open when it comes in to your life. It doesn’t have to consume you in a good way or a bad way. Just understand that it may come whether you accept it or not. We seek balance in life, but balance doesn’t come because nothing is changing. Balance comes by allowing ourselves to grow and adapt. As we learn and prosper in life, the balance and harmony we seek becomes more present.

Change allows us to embrace our full selves. Change allows us to learn new things about who we are, what we love, and what we are capable of. Whether the change leads to a success or a failure, the important part is that we now know the answer. We are left living a more fulfilled life when we understand that change does not get in the way of what we want, but it leads us to who we are meant to be and where we are meant to go. Things change everyday in good and bad ways and when we start to really pay attention to those changes, both internally and externally, life starts to make a lot more sense and we start to really grow into who we are made to be.

Change is scary, I will admit. There are few things in this life that I am certain of, but one thing I know for sure is that change will always be present and it will always lead you where you need to be, whether you know it in the moment or not. Thank you so much for stopping by! I really hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let us know in the comments what your thoughts on change are. Do you try to avoid change or have you learned to embrace and accept it? Do you look for the meaning and purpose in change or is it harder for you in the moment? Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
