Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you have all had a great start to your week. I am back today to share with you a 14-day gratitude journal challenge that I am embarking on this week. It starts today and goes for the next 14 days. I know that gratitude and expressing the things I am thankful for has done a lot of good in my life, so I want to find new ways to challenge myself and all of you to always be remembering the great things we have to be thankful for. So if you are interested in the challenge I am leaving the prompts below!
Day #1: Write about one person who has been present in your life recently that you are thankful for.
Day #2: Write about one good thing that happened today.
Day #3: Write about the personality trait that you are most thankful for.
Day #4: Write about something nice someone did for you recently.
Day #5: Write about the family members you are most thankful for.
Day #6: What memory are you most thankful for?
Day #7: What opportunity are you most thankful for?
Day #8: Write about something in your home that you treasure and why you are thankful to have it.
