Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you all had a great week. It’s been an interesting one for me, but really great also. Today I thought I would do another Fall-themed post and share some Fall date ideas that I really love. I’m not really going on dates right now, but if I was these are the kinds of things I would want to be doing. They are all super affordable as well, so you won’t have to worry about breaking the bank!

Picnic in the park.

Of course, it would have to be a nice, sunny day because if it’s rainy and gross this wouldn’t be the best option. But I love picnics during the Fall because it’s not too hot and it’s perfect for just sitting and chatting with someone. With a nice breeze on a nice day it can set the scene for a pretty great date. It’s also great to customize it in your own way and bring your own foods and drinks. It’s all up to you!

A trip to the museum.

This is perfect for the days that are cold or rainy. It’s a great indoor activity that’s great for anyone who loves history or art or just learning about things in general. Museum tickets are usually pretty affordable as well and they have so much to offer. Going to a museum can spark so many conversations because there are so many different topics to go off of. It’s a really great date for anyone who loves to learn.

Cook dinner together.

Nothing allows you to get to know someone’s patience levels quite like two things: being stuck in traffic together and cooking together in the kitchen. Cooking together can be really fun with the right person and it’s a great way to not only enjoy eating a meal together, but also making a meal together. It’s a great way to see more of the other person’s personality and get to show off your personality a little bit.

Go on a nature walk.

Much like the picnic idea, this is a great idea for the nicer Fall days. Even for people who aren’t really the outdoors type, a nature walk can still be really fun. If you have an area close by that has a nice trail and leads to a really beautiful place, it’s worth going with the right person. It’s also a great trust exercise and really helps build a new kind of bond. And it’s just fun to be out in nature with someone you really like.

On a really clear night when the weather is really nice, the stars just look magical. Stargazing is super cheesy and cliche, but it’s cliche for a reason. It’s really great. Sometimes it just takes looking up at the stars to realize how small and insignificant so many of our worries really are. And being able to talk about life and dreams and the future with the person you like while stargazing is such a great moment.

Lean something new together.

If there is a hobby or a skill that both of you are interested in learning, you could learn it together. It could be a cooking class, dance lessons, or just picking up a new hobby together. It’s a great way to find something new for both of you to bond over and it’s a new journey that you’ve never had with anyone else. It’s super fun and it’s not something most people think to do when they are dating someone, so this is a great option!

Host a game night.

You can have a game night with just the two of you or you could invite other couples to join you. Game nights are so fun and they are so great because there is something in them for everyone. It’s a great way to just be more laid back and casual and just have fun with each other. And there are so many games out there that also give you the opportunity to ask questions to get to know each other which is also great.

Go on a scavenger hunt.

You could do the Target challenge (at any store of your choosing) where you get things for each other, have a scavenger hunt where you try to find specific items together, or make up your own completely! Whatever it is, it’s a great exercise to do together because no matter how you end up doing it you can learn a lot about the other person and how they think and operate in these kinds of situations.

Movie night.

Fall is such a great time of year for movie nights. There’s nothing quite like curling up on the couch with blankets and snacks and watching a movie or a movie series. It’s a great way to just relax and be with the other person and it’s so comfortable. There’s no real pressure (unless you can’t decide on a movie) and it’s just really fun. There aren’t any real downfalls to this option which is why it’s such a classic.

As much as I love the whole going out to dinner idea and it works, I think a lot of people really sleep on breakfast dates. And I think brunch is even better because it’s a little bit later and it gives you time in the morning to get ready. It can also be a bit classier depending on where you go. But brunch is such a great choice because it’s a meal, but it’s not a super late meal and it helps you start the day off on the right foot (if the date goes well.

And that’s it! Those are the Fall date ideas that I really love. There are so many others though, so if you have a Fall date idea that you really love that isn’t on this list, let us know down below in the comments. Thank you so much for stopping by! I really hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
